Jumeirah Village Circle

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) developed by Nakheel, is a family-friendly community, located in the heart of new Dubai, in between the landscaped gardens, variety of properties and amenities, making it ideal for tenants and investors.

The area is built in circles (hence its name) with a splendid park located in the center of the area. Outside the park, there is a circle of villas and townhouses, surrounded by low-rise residential buildings with some well-known buildings such as the Five Hotel, which is a JVC recognized landmark.

The community meets all the requirements of a modern neighborhood, while retaining the traditional details. Green areas are an important part of the community, allowing residents to enjoy picnics, walks, meeting friends or watching their children play.

Transport

The area has buses and taxis, there is no metro station available, however travelers have the nearest metro station Mall of the Emirates. JVC is expected to have its own metro station within the community.

Entertainment

You can enjoy a shopping afternoon at Circle Mall, where in addition to finding the best deals, you can also enjoy the restaurants that are located within the establishment.

The closest beaches are JBR, Kite Beach and Jumeirah Open Beach, all less than half an hour from JVC.

Other notable places are Dubai Miracle Garden, a notable landmark near the community, Dubai Battery Garden, Wild Wadi Water Park and Skydive Dubai are also popular.

The most amazing thing about JVC is the abundance of greenery in the area, the 33 landscape parks that connect the towns are extremely popular with those who enjoy walking or cycling.

Schools

One of the reasons Jumeirah Village Circle has become such a family-friendly community is the abundance of educational options. Kids World Nursery and Ladybird Nursery are two of the best nurseries from JVC.

JSS International School opened in 2017. It is one of the most popular JVC schools, offering the ICSE curriculum up to Year 12. Other notable schools also nearby include Sunmarke School and Nord Anglia International School. Both options are based on the UK curriculum and offer the full 13-year curriculum.

Health

Finding medical facilities is not a concern for JVC residents, most of them trust Karama Medical Centre. As for the larger multi-specialty hospitals near JVC, Emirates Hospital Day Surgery in Motor City and Mediclinic Park View Hospital on Umm Suqeim Road are 15 minutes away by car.
