Ellington Properties

Ellington Properties was established in 2014, this developer created its first project with Belgravia, which is a four-story tower in Jumeirah Village Circle. Before the end of the current year, they started giving homes over to customers the development will be finished by December 2016. The development costs around AED 200 million and is comprised of 181 units, 97% units are now sold out. The organization has created lovely brilliant homes, and this year declared its target of creating of 14 new communities in Dubai.

The new projects will include more than 2,200 private units including townhouses, villas and apartments. Ellington is forthcoming with three different properties, such as, Belgravia II which is private structure involving 188 studios, one, two, three-room units in Jumeirah Village Circle. Another upcoming Ellington Collection is DT 1, a 17-story private pinnacle offering stunning 130 studios, 1 to 4-bedroom apartments in Downtown Dubai. At Palm Jumeirah, Ellington properties provides top of the line extravagance villas.

In the final quarter of this current year all the off-plan properties will be developed and handover their first occupants.
