One of the main growth engines of Dubai's economy has always been the real estate sector. The Dubai government has consistently introduced and implemented initiatives and policy measures to further improve this sector, to maintain investor confidence and increase foreign direct investment.

What are the types of Visa?

The 6 month multiple entry visa is better than a tourist visa, but with the possibility of multiple entries over a six month period.

Unlike the three-year property investor visa, this visa is available for any property worth more than AED 1 million in any of the seven emirates and as such is issued by the relevant immigration authority, not by Dubai Land Department.

Minimum property value: 280,000 USD per family (unlimited)

Investment option

Minimum real estate investment 210,000 USD

Requirements

• Valid passport.
• Valid visa if available.
• Title Deed.
• Police authorization certificate.
• Spouse's marriage certificate.
• Birth certificate of the independent.

Steps and procedures

• Prepare all required documents.
• The client must open a file with immigration, pay the applicable fees and request initial approval.
• Once the initial approval is received, the client must pay the remaining immigration fees and receive the investor visa.
• Once the previous step is solved, the client can now sponsor their family members to also obtain a residence in Dubai.
• The duration of the process is approximately 30 days.
